This morning, my tea smiled at me. Not literally, of course—but there was something about that first sip. Warm, earthy, calming. A reminder that happiness often hides in simple rituals.

We keep chasing big things—awards, likes, applause—when all along, the universe hides joy in a steaming cup.

So today, take your tea (or coffee) slowly. Let it remind you: life’s sweetest moments are rarely loud.
