For many in the West, the constant hum of social media, endless debates, and polarized opinions create a climate where words lose meaning. Silence, then, is not weakness but a retreat — a way to preserve clarity in the midst of noise. Yet, when silence stretches too long, societies risk losing the voices that could challenge, question, and guide.
