Ethiopia is often called the birthplace of coffee, and for good reason. Legend says a goat herder first noticed the energizing berries centuries ago. Today, coffee ceremonies remain central to Ethiopian life, blending tradition with hospitality.

But Ethiopia’s richness goes beyond coffee. In Lalibela, rock-hewn churches carved in the 12th century still host prayers, standing as marvels of devotion and skill. The highlands offer landscapes that shift from green plateaus to dramatic valleys, alive with unique wildlife.

Add to this the rhythm of traditional music and the colorful dances of its many ethnic groups, and Ethiopia becomes more than a country—it becomes an experience. It’s Africa’s story told in stone, song, and a steaming cup of coffee.
