I set an alarm for 6, but woke up at 5,
Feeling so proud — wide awake, alive!
Then I blinked once… and opened my eyes at nine,
My “early bird” title? No longer mine.

2.
Tried to cook pasta, forgot the salt,
Blamed the recipe — not my fault!
Guests smiled politely, chewing slow…
Even the dog whispered, “Please, let it go.”
