The world quiets after the day’s noise — screens fade, footsteps slow, and the city forgets its rush. I sit by the window, trying to find that missing beauty I keep searching for. Maybe it isn’t in the grand things — not in sunsets, or songs, or distant cities — but in the soft clink of a teacup, in the breeze that moves the curtain, in the unspoken calm that returns when we finally stop running.
Perhaps beauty never left; it only waited for us to look back — gently, quietly, and without expectation
