I woke up before the alarm today.
Not because I was energetic — just because sleep had finished its job.
The room was quiet in a way that felt earned.
No rush. No urgency.
I stayed there for a moment, not scrolling, not planning.
Just breathing and listening to nothing in particular.
Some mornings don’t need momentum.
They need permission to be slow.
If your day hasn’t begun with enthusiasm, that’s fine.
Starting gently is also a way of starting.
