When the Mind Stops Collecting

Rest begins naturally.

Not every thought needs to be carried forward. Some are meant to arrive, stay briefly, and leave without record. When the mind releases its habit of holding on, quiet expands on its own.
The value of a day is not measured only by what remains remembered. Often, the most restorative moments are those that dissolve without trace. They do their work silently.
There is peace in not reviewing, not adjusting, not replaying. What mattered has already settled where it belongs. What didn’t can be allowed to pass.
Stillness doesn’t require instruction.
It appears when permission is given.
Release the day softly, and allow calm to take over.
