What the Desert Wind Teaches About Change

In the deserts of Morocco, the wind is always at work. It reshapes the dunes without effort, moves sand from one place to another, and quietly alters the landscape over time.
Nothing stays exactly as it was.
There is something steady in that constant change.
We often resist change because it feels uncertain. We try to hold things in place—situations, outcomes, even emotions. But like the desert, life does not remain fixed.
It shifts, sometimes slowly, sometimes without warning.
The wind does not force its presence loudly. Yet its effect is visible everywhere. Change often works the same way—subtle in the moment, significant over time.
Instead of resisting every shift, it may help to observe it.
What is it moving? What is it clearing? What is it making possible?
Change does not always come to disturb. Sometimes it comes to reshape.
And in that reshaping, something new begins to take form.
