A small puppy runs after a falling leaf.
There is no purpose in it. No reward waiting at the end. Just a simple moment of movement, curiosity, and quiet excitement.
It stumbles, gets up, runs again.
For a few minutes, nothing else exists.
There is something refreshing in that kind of joy.
No overthinking. No planning. No concern about what comes next. Just a moment lived fully, without weight.
We often forget how to experience such moments.
Even when something small brings a smile, the mind quickly moves on—to the next task, the next thought, the next worry.
But not everything needs to lead somewhere.
Some moments are complete in themselves.
Tonight, allow yourself a small pause.
A simple smile. A light moment. Something that does not need explanation.
Like the puppy chasing a leaf, sometimes joy does not need a reason.
It only needs to be noticed.
