Not Every Effort Shows Immediately

“Effort only fully releases its reward after a person refuses to quit.”
There are days when you do the work, but nothing seems to come back.
No visible result. No clear sign. Just effort placed into something that feels quiet on the surface.
It can feel uncertain.
But not every effort is meant to show itself immediately.
Some work stays beneath the surface for a while—building, shaping, preparing. It does not disappear. It simply takes time to become visible.
If you expect instant response every time, you may lose trust in the process.
Instead, stay with the effort.
Do what needs to be done without measuring it too quickly. Let time carry part of the work forward.
Progress is not always visible in the moment it happens.
But it is there.
And often, it reveals itself when you least expect it.
