In Canada, there is a feeling of space—not only in the landscape, but in the pace of life itself.
Wide roads, open skies, long stretches of quiet movement.
Nothing feels crowded in a hurry.
That spaciousness creates a different kind of calm.
We often live too close to pressure—constant noise, immediate reactions, overloaded schedules.
And slowly, the mind begins to carry that same tightness.
But when space enters life, even mentally, something changes.
Thoughts slow down.
Breathing feels easier.
You begin to respond instead of react.
Not every problem needs immediate intensity.
Sometimes, a little distance helps things settle naturally.
Perhaps that is why open spaces affect us so deeply.
They remind us that life does not always have to feel compressed.
Some calm comes simply from having room to breathe.
