A young dog suddenly began running beside a bicycle moving slowly through a village road.
Not chasing aggressively.
Just matching the movement with excitement, as if the ride itself had become a game.
For a while, it stayed perfectly beside the cycle—sometimes ahead, sometimes behind, tail moving wildly the whole time.
Then, near a turn, the bicycle moved toward another lane.
The dog stopped.
Watched for a moment.
Then calmly turned back toward where it came from.
The entire connection lasted only a few minutes.
Yet it felt complete.
There is something beautiful in moments that exist fully without needing permanence.
Not every experience needs continuation to have meaning.
Some are brief, light, and enough exactly as they are.
Tonight, there is something simple to remember.
A short moment of joy still counts as joy.
And sometimes, those passing moments leave behind more warmth than things that last much longer.
