The Potter’s Wheel

“Character, like clay, is shaped little by little.”
A village potter sat before a spinning wheel, gently guiding a lump of clay with patient hands.
The wheel never hurried.
The clay never resisted.
Together they created something useful and beautiful.
The potter knew that pressing too hard would spoil the shape.
Too little guidance would leave it unfinished.
Life often asks for the same balance.
Children, friendships, careers, and dreams all require patience rather than force.
Lasting success is rarely built overnight.
It is formed through steady effort, quiet corrections, and the willingness to begin again when needed.
Like the finest pottery, a meaningful life is shaped with care, one day at a time.
