“Do not judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds you plant.”
There are periods when effort feels invisible.
You continue working, repeating, refining—but the visible outcome seems smaller than expected.
It is easy then to feel uncertain.
But not all progress appears immediately.
Some of it only becomes clear when you look back after enough time has passed.
You realize your thinking changed. Your rhythm became steadier. Your reactions became calmer.
These shifts are subtle while they are happening.
Yet they shape everything that follows.
If you measure growth only by immediate results, you may overlook the deeper changes taking place quietly underneath.
Keep planting the seeds.
Not every meaningful thing grows in front of your eyes.
Some of it develops silently first.
And later, it becomes impossible to miss.
