“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
— Will Durant

A young apprentice once asked a craftsman how he had become so good at his work.
The craftsman pointed to a row of finished pieces and said, “I simply try to make each one a little better than the last.”
There was no secret technique.
No dramatic breakthrough.
Just years of attention, patience, and the willingness to improve something small every day.
Perhaps that is how excellence is really created—not in one extraordinary moment, but through countless ordinary moments when we choose not to settle for “good enough.”
