“Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.”
— Helen Keller

A young man once complained that he could never finish a difficult project by himself.
An older colleague looked at his work and asked, “Why are you trying to carry the whole thing alone?”
The young man had thought asking for help would make him look weak.
Instead, he discovered something quite different.
When people brought different skills, ideas, and experiences to the same task, what had seemed almost impossible began to move forward.
We sometimes imagine that strength means being able to do everything ourselves.
Perhaps real strength also lies in knowing when another pair of hands, another mind, or another perspective can make the journey easier.
Some doors do not open because we push harder.
They open when we learn to walk through them together.
